Fairmont Room - Fairmont Rooms are equipped with HSIA and have been recently renovated. These are spacious luxurious rooms have well-defined living and work areas, a minibar and wet bar. The spacious luxury bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub and large dressing area. Blending high style and comfort, they are decorated in an elegant southwest decor with subtle colours and earthy accents. Every room has either a patio (1st floor) or a balcony (above the 1st floor) with a table and two chairs.

DINING

Bourbon Steak is award-winning chef and restauranteur Michael Mina's first restaurant in Arizona. This contemporary American steakhouse features modern fare with a focus on the finest cuts of beef, poultry, and fish, slow-poached in butter, grilled and finished over seasoned wood-fuelled flames.

LV Bistro - contemporary Cuisine and Fine dining in a casual dining atmosphere with a panoramic view of the South pool & golf courses. The restaurant extends outside to the pool terrace for service to guests in bathing attire. Both areas are non-smoking. A separate children's play area (unsupervised) is located in the back of the restaurant and provides young guests with a variety of games, books and activities. Also, a large screen television plays family classics.

Cabana Cafe - relax at the South Pool Cabana Café which features sandwiches, grilled burgers, chilled salads, soft drinks, cocktails and frozen drinks. Or, enjoy the pool in style by renting a poolside Cabanas. Cabana rental includes, Ben & Jerry ice cream bars, fruit platter with an assortment of seasonal fruit, chilled Princess mineral water, magazines and newspaper, telephone, two robes and more.

The Grill - located at the TPC Scottsdale Clubhouse, and enjoy a contemporary selection of fresh fish and chops.
